Together Stacy and I have learned that true love can ONLY be tested through time. True Love is tested through hardships, boredom, and pain. True love has to whether through life's busyness, while withstanding the pressures of Job, family, and home, middle and old age. You determine whether the LOVE you have is true over time. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. James 5:15.This verse is classic proof text for the institution of the Roman Catholic sacrament of extreme unction. Extreme unction is a healing rite that has become to be known as “last rites” in preparation for death. There is no special “prayer of faith” that has healing power. We are to pray for healing, believe in faith, and trust in God that his will be done. Repentance brings forgiveness of sins not a healing prayer. Intercede for the sick, but share the gospel for the soul.
